Description
LOT.620 AFTER HOODED SWEAT SHIRT
This piece is based on the so-called “after-hooded sweat,” a style in which the hood is sewn onto the sweatshirt body post-construction. This design predates the integration of hood and body into a single pattern and was commonly seen before the 1950s.
Among the precious variations, this version features a snap-button front closure, with asymmetrical placement at the neckline for a closer fit. A small patch pocket is placed at the center front, functioning as a hand warmer—another distinctive detail from the era.
Available in three colors—each garment-dyed by hand using natural dyes: kakishibu (persimmon tannin), sumi and mud dyed brown.
