Refund policy

 

1. General Terms

Non-Refundable Orders:

All sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the order is placed. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. This policy applies to all items, including pre-order items and in-stock items.

Partial Refunds for Sold-Out Items:

If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund for the sold-out item only. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the item is confirmed as sold out. We do not accept cancellations of the entire order due to sold-out items.

If you refuse to accept the partial refund, this will be considered as waiving your right to the refund.

Malicious Refund Requests:

To protect the interests of all customers, we reserve the right to refuse service to customers engaging in malicious refund requests, repeated cancellations, or disputes without valid reasons. This includes cases where false evidence (e.g., fake damage photos) is provided to claim a refund.


2. Handling of Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is damaged during transit or has a defect from the brand, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photos of the damage, the product, and the outer packaging. Please retain all packaging for further investigation.

Note: We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. In such cases, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


3. Customs and Import Duties

At the customer’s request, we can declare a lower value on the invoice to reduce customs duties at the destination. However, this is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

If customs duties are still imposed, or if the package is delayed, inspected, or confiscated due to a low-value declaration, we will not be responsible for any such charges or outcomes.


4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days from the date they are approved. Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

 

Return Policy (Only for Approved Cases)

 

At Vintage Concept Store, we take great care in ensuring that all items sold are in perfect condition and accurately represented. Therefore, please note that:


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before placing an order.


2. Exceptions for Store Errors

In the rare event that we ship an incorrect item or a defective product, we will review the case and determine whether a return or refund is appropriate.

Customers must contact us within 1 day of receiving the item to report any issues.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.


3. Refund Process (Only for Approved Cases)

Refunds will only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-10 business days after approval.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed before the return is completed, we reserve the right to deny the refund.


4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without prior communication or before following our return process may result in a denied refund claim.

We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment providers in the event of unjustified chargebacks.
