Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
• Standard Items:
All items require 1-14 business days to confirm stock with the supplier or brand. Once stock is confirmed, your order will proceed to shipping.
• Pre-Order Items:
Some products may be available for pre-order before their official release. For these items, the stock confirmation period will begin after the product release date, and the standard processing time will then apply.
• Order Delays:
Due to the nature of our service, delays may occur in cases of high demand or supply chain issues. We will notify you promptly in the event of any delays. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted due to shipping delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer shipping via EMS and DHL.
*For domestic shipments within Japan, we may switch to Yu-Pack (Japan Post) at our discretion. Please note that shipping fees for domestic orders will remain the same as EMS rates.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

3. Shipping Fees
• EMS: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• DHL: Our team will email you the cost of DHL shipping. Once you confirm, a payment page will be provided.

• If you find DHL shipping fees too high, we can assist you in switching to EMS, which typically has lower rates. Please note that switching shipping methods may result in longer delivery times.
• Important: Once the shipping method is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted based on shipping fees.
4. Customs and Import Duties
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
• At your request, we can declare a lower value on the invoice to reduce customs fees. However, this is done entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any delays, customs inspections, confiscations, or additional charges resulting from this request.
5. Handling of Lost or Damaged Packages
• We are not liable for any packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file claims for compensation.
• We will provide necessary documents (e.g., shipping receipts) to assist with your claim if needed.
6. Order Combination Policy
• Each order is processed separately and cannot be combined with other orders for shipping. If multiple orders are placed, each will be shipped individually with its own shipping fee. No exceptions will be made.
7. Return & Undeliverable Package Policy
If a package is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for resending the order:
・Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
・Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes
・Failure to collect the package within the courier’s holding period
・Refusal to accept the package upon delivery
If the customer does not wish to have the package reshipped, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct and that you are able to receive the package before placing an order.
