Description

LOT.506 DB CARDIGAN

The item is inspired by an American cardigan of the 1910s. A photo, presumably from the US in the 1910s, features two men wearing newsboy caps and collarless double-breasted cardigans with two rows of buttons. While these details are typical features of French workwear, the photo itself was taken in the United States. We extracted visual details as much as possible, while redesigning details and silhouette based on our interpretation as a brand.
The fabric uses yarns spun from silk noil. Silk noil, leftover after raw silk and spun silk are extracted, is characterized by unique irregularities and neps. Its high air content gives it excellent insulation properties, while it retains silk's moisture absorption and desorption qualities.

100% SILK
