Description
Based on a 1940s US Navy Gas Protective Parka.
The gas flap placket that prevents gas from entering, the single chest pocket characteristic of early models,
and the texture of the drawstrings at the hood tip and hem are faithfully reproduced based on archives from the era.
The size marking in the irregular zigzag stitching on the back, a period detail, has been changed to “N”.
It expresses the softness of cotton fibers loosened by age, along with natural wear marks and an exquisite faded look.
