-LOT.716 Coverall Jacket With Chinstrap1920～1930年代の特徴的な仕様であるチンストラップがついたカバーオールジャケットを、多くの着数研究した。衣類全てが試行錯誤をしていた時代であり、現代では難易度が高く、優れた縫製技術がなければ再現できない事も多い。研究対象となった希少度の高い個体は、肩線から袖山を一気に縫いあげる効率的ではあるが高度な縫製技術を要するパターンメイクであった。アームホールの縫製も当時の曲線を可能な限り再現した。生地については、当時のデニム生地を分析し、新たに開発したオリジナルデニム生地を使用している。この生地に髙橋が考案した、グリーンキャストのインディゴ染めの経糸と、生成がかった緯糸を用いており、色味を踏襲しつつ番手を調整、打ち込み本数を増やすことで、1/2右綾の組織による、定番の左綾デニムとは異なる豊かな表情をもたせている。コレクションしている３０年代のヴィンテージピースを参考に、ワークウェア特有の土汚れ、オイル汚れも踏襲しリアルなダメージ加工に仕上げた。刻印入りボタンとバックルは鉄素材で型から製作したオリジナル。未メッキ加工のものを使用しているため、時間が経つことに錆びていき、経年変化を楽しめる。RAW INDIGO / 100% COTTON
