Description
V-neck vest spotted among members of the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps), though in small numbers, inspired the design of this vest, which is based on Lot.529 V Neck Pullover. Like Lot.529, it is knitted in a low gauge using cotton yarn treated with a faux-linen finish, resulting in a dry touch and lightweight feel suitable for spring and summer wear. The silhouette was adjusted with reference to period photographs.
