Refund Policy

- There is no exchange or refund for the product once it is sold. Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been enacted, we will not accept any cancellations of the purchase for any reasons whatsoever, so please make sure to enter all information correctly.

- If the item you’ve purchased is sold out, we will automatically go through the refund process. Once the process is completed, our system will send you a notification email.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DHL

Our support team will contact you with the cost of shipping via email.

If you agree with the cost, you will be directed to a page to pay the shipping fees.

*DHL shipping fees are more expensive than EMS.

South Korea Customers

Due to the recent random inspections of shipping items by South Korean Customs, it has come to our attention that many items from Japan may be subject to customs duties. As a result, starting from today, VCS will clearly list the original price of the items on the shipping label. If you wish to request a declaration of low value on the shipping label, please indicate this in the shopping remarks.

Please note that in case low-priced items are detained by customs after arriving in South Korea, the customer will be responsible for any relevant costs incurred.
